Payments and billing

Common questions about payments, renewals and invoices on gym and business plans.

These answers apply to gym/business plans; the Pro plan for freelance trainers is not covered here.

Plan prices are set in USD. In Turkey, payments are collected in TRY using the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (TCMB) USD selling rate on the day of payment, so the TRY amount can vary with the payment date.

No. Billing is monthly or yearly; there are no 3- or 6-month options.

Your first payment day becomes your renewal day. For example, if you paid on the 16th, a monthly plan renews on the 16th of every month and a yearly plan on the same day each year.

If that day does not exist in a month, renewal moves to the last day of the month. For example, a monthly plan started on 31 January renews on 28 February, 31 March, 30 April, 31 May and so on.

No. Staff accounts are unlimited and free.

Each plan includes a set number of coach seats; if you need more, you buy additional seats. If you have several locations, the total number of coaches across all locations cannot exceed the seats you have purchased.

You pay only for the remaining days of the period you have already paid for (prorated). It is charged immediately and your renewal day does not change. Example: if your period is 16 October–16 November (31 days) and you add a seat on 31 October, you pay 16/31 of the seat price. From the next renewal the seat is billed at its full monthly price. Adding a module works the same way.

No. The unused time on your current plan is credited against the new plan, and the new plan starts on the day you pay. Example: if you paid your monthly plan on the 1st and upgrade on the 16th, roughly half a month of the old plan is deducted, and your renewal day becomes the 16th of each month.

Yes, but not mid-period. You choose the lower plan at renewal and the new period starts on that plan.

Reductions take effect at the end of the period; there are no refunds within a period. You keep using your current seats and modules until the period ends. Seats cannot go below the number of occupied seats. Example: you have 5 seats and want 3; you pick 3 at renewal and the new period is billed for 3 seats. If 4 seats are occupied, the minimum you can pick is 4.

Yes. Paying early does not change your renewal day; the new period starts when the current one ends. Example: if your period ends on 16 November and you renew on 5 November, the new period is 16 November–16 December. If you reduced seats while renewing, the reduction applies on 16 November; until then your current seats stay active.

It is based on all the remaining paid days. Example: if you renewed on 5 November, you are paid up to 16 December; adding a seat on 10 November charges for the remaining 36 days (about 36/30 of the monthly seat price).

You see a reminder in your panel 7 days and 1 day before your period ends. If the period ends unpaid, the subscription moves to “Payment overdue” and a 14-day grace period starts. During this time your panel and services stay on and a warning is shown. If you pay within the grace period, the new period starts from the day the old one ended and your renewal day stays the same.

No, your data is not deleted. When the grace period ends the subscription is suspended and the sales and booking modules are turned off.

Your services turn back on as soon as you pay. The new period starts on the payment day, which becomes your new renewal day.

Yes. RNKHUB loads the amount you transfer as credit to your account and notifies you. Credit is used first for payments: if it covers the plan fee, no card is needed; if not, the rest is paid by card. Remaining credit is used automatically for later renewals and add-ons.

Yes. RNKHUB can start your subscription for you; the plan, period, seats and modules are priced from the catalog and paid from your account credit. If the credit is not enough, credit is first loaded by bank transfer.

Yes. Every payment, whether by card, account credit or bank transfer, is invoiced and sent to you.
