Privacy Policy
Explains what data we collect when you use RNKHUB, how we use it, and who we share it with.

1. Scope and roles
This policy applies to the website, application, mobile apps, and studio management panel operated by [Şirket unvanı] (“RNKHUB”, “we”). For detailed information under Turkish law, see the KVKK Privacy Notice.
- RNKHUB is the data controller for your own RNKHUB account, website forms, and Platform security records.
- For data that studios enter about their own members, the studio is the data controller; RNKHUB processes it on the studio’s behalf and instructions.
2. Data we collect

On the website contact and demo forms we collect your name, email, phone, business details, and message; these are sent to our team by email.
3. How we use data
- To create your account, let you sign in, and protect your session
- To handle memberships, packages, bookings, and payments between studios, coaches, and members
- To publish studio and coach profiles in the Hub
- To send notifications and answer your support requests
- To detect errors, keep the Platform secure, and prevent abuse
- To send announcements and campaign emails if you have opted in; you can withdraw at any time
4. Tracking on the website
We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or similar analytics and advertising tools on our website. Only cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work are used; see the Cookie Policy.
The Hub map is provided by Mapbox; when the map is shown, your browser connects to Mapbox servers and your IP address may be visible to that provider.
5. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell your data. It is shared only as needed to provide the service: with the studios and coaches you are connected to, with competent authorities, and with the service providers below.

6. Retention
We keep data while your account is open. You can close your account in the app’s Settings; your data is then deleted or anonymized, except where we must keep it by law.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit with HTTPS and stored encrypted with our infrastructure provider. Access is limited by roles and permissions. See the Security page for details.
8. Children
People under 18 may open an RNKHUB account only with the consent of a parent or guardian. Studios are responsible for obtaining parental consent when they register members under 18 in their panel.
9. Your rights and contact
To access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your data, email info@rnkhub.com. How to apply is described in the KVKK Privacy Notice.
10. Changes
When we update this policy we change the date at the top of the page and announce material changes in the app or by email.
