Data Processing Agreement

1. Parties and roles

This agreement between the business using the RNKHUB studio management panel (the “Studio”) and [Şirket unvanı] (“RNKHUB”) forms an integral part of the Studio’s subscription. For data the Studio enters about its members, staff, and coaches, the Studio is the data controller and RNKHUB is the data processor.

2. Subject matter

• Data subjects: the Studio’s members, prospective members, staff, and coaches
• Data: identity, contact, membership and package, booking and check-in, sales and payment records, communication consents, and other information the Studio enters
• Purpose: running the Studio’s membership, sales, scheduling, communication, and reporting operations
• Duration: for the term of the subscription and until the return/deletion process below is complete

3. RNKHUB’s obligations

• Process the data only on the Studio’s instructions and under this agreement to provide the service; not use it for its own purposes or sell it.
• Ensure employees with access are bound by confidentiality.
• Apply the technical and organizational measures described on the Security page.
• Use only the service providers listed in the Privacy Policy as sub-processors and inform the Studio in advance of changes.
• Forward data subject requests to the Studio and reasonably assist the Studio in responding.
• Notify the Studio without delay of any data breach and help the Studio make its legal notifications.

4. The Studio’s obligations

• Inform its members under KVKK and obtain explicit consent where required
• Obtain parental consent for members under 18
• Obtain consent under Law No. 6563 for commercial electronic messages sent through the communication module and comply with the Message Management System (İYS) obligations
• Enter only lawfully obtained data and limit staff access with roles and permissions

5. Transfers abroad

Some sub-processors have servers abroad. These transfers are made under KVKK Art. 9 using standard contracts or other appropriate safeguards.

6. End of subscription

When the subscription ends, the Studio may request an export of its data by emailing info@rnkhub.com. Subject to statutory retention obligations, RNKHUB deletes or anonymizes the Studio’s data within a reasonable period.
