Which payment methods are valid?

You can pay by credit card and bank transfer.

Supported Payment Methods

We want to make paying for your RNKHUB subscription as easy and flexible as possible. Below is a comprehensive guide to the payment methods we currently support, along with important details about billing cycles and automated payments.

1. Credit and Debit Cards

Credit and debit cards are the most convenient way to pay. We process all card payments securely through our integrated payment gateway. We support the following major card networks:

  • Visa: All credit and debit cards.
  • Mastercard: Standard, Gold, and Platinum tiers.
  • American Express: Corporate and personal cards.
  • Troy: Local domestic cards (Turkey only).

Note: Ensure your card is open to online transactions and international purchases if you are billing outside of your home country.

2. Wire Transfer / EFT

For our Enterprise and Corporate clients on annual billing plans, we offer the option to pay via direct bank transfer (Wire/EFT).

  1. Request a proforma invoice from your account manager.
  2. Send the payment to the IBAN provided on the invoice.
  3. Ensure you include your Account ID or Invoice Number in the transfer description.
  4. Send the transfer receipt to billing@rnkhub.com.

Common Payment Issues

If your payment fails, it might be due to one of the following reasons. Please check these before contacting support:

  • Insufficient funds or credit limit.
  • Expired card details on file.
  • Bank blocking the transaction due to fraud prevention (especially for first-time SaaS purchases).
