How do I reset my password?

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen and enter your email address. We will send you a reset link.

Password Reset Steps

If you forgot your password and cannot log into your account, you can create a new password by following these steps:

  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Click the "Forgot Password" link.
  3. Enter your registered email address and click the "Send" button.
  4. Check your email inbox. (Also check the Spam/Junk folder if necessary.)
  5. Click the "Reset Password" link in the incoming email.
  6. Set and save a new, secure password.

You can now log in with your new password.
