END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
The developer of the application grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use RNKHUB for personal or commercial purposes. Your use is subject to this Agreement and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and RNKHUB (“Application”). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms, do not use the Application.
Grant of License
RNKHUB grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application for personal or commercial purposes. Your use is subject to this Agreement and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
User-Generated Content (UGC)
Users may upload, share, or publish content within the Application.
Users must not post illegal, offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
The Application Developer reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Users can report inappropriate content, and the Company will take necessary action within 24 hours.
Users may block or report other users displaying inappropriate behavior.
Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for keeping your account information secure.
You agree not to share your account information with others.
Privacy Policy
Use of the Application is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your information. You can access the Privacy Policy via Privacy Policy Link
Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of the Application may require a subscription or in-app purchase.
Payments are processed via the Apple App Store and are subject to its terms.
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party.
The Company may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
Users may delete their accounts at any time via the in-app account deletion feature.
No Warranties
The Application is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. The Company is not responsible for data loss, interruptions, or errors.
Limitation of Liability
The Application developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Application.
Compliance with Apple Requirements
RNKHUB offers the "Sign in with Apple" option in addition to other login methods.
The Application does not collect unnecessary personal information and does not request phone numbers unless required for essential functionality.
The Company complies with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework when user tracking is enabled.
Changes to This Agreement
This Agreement may be updated from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continuing to use the Application means you accept the updated terms.
